Situated at 1,410 meters above sea level, the farm is dedicated entirely to coffee production and cultivates seven different varieties across approximately 300,000 coffee trees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eProduced by Isacio J. Albir Vilchez, this lot is composed entirely of Maracaturra. Isacio has worked in coffee production for more than 30 years, combining his experience as a coffee grower with his background in agronomy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter selective hand-picking, ripe cherries are sorted before undergoing anaerobic fermentation while still intact. The coffee is then dried outdoors using the Sleeping Bag technique, a controlled drying method that helps develop and preserve the coffee's intense fruit character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a complex and distinctive expression of Agua Sarca.
