Shipping policy
Shipping Areas
Novelty Coffee ships orders within Greece and to selected European Union countries. Availability of international shipping may vary depending on destination.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed during peak periods or promotional campaigns may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping is carried out via third-party courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
- Greece: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Destination
- Weight and volume of the order
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed before order completion.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. The customer is responsible for monitoring delivery progress using the tracking details provided.
Delivery Address & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Novelty Coffee is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.
Failed Deliveries & Pickup Points
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may redirect the parcel to a local pickup point.
Once a parcel is delivered to a pickup location, it is considered delivered and must be collected by the recipient within the courier’s specified timeframe.
Failure to collect the parcel may result in return shipping charges.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, the customer must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
In the event of a lost shipment confirmed by the courier, Novelty Coffee will either:
- Re-ship the order, or
- Issue a refund, at our discretion.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Greece, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Novelty Coffee has no control over these charges.
