Bright and refined aromatics of lemongrass and soft herbal florals. A clean and structured cup with notes of black tea and apricot, supported by a gentle, honey-like sweetness. Crisp acidity with a light, elegant body and a refreshing, lingering finish.

This washed lot is composed of cherries delivered by smallholder farmers in the Hula Gatama area of Sidama. Grown at elevations up to 2,200 meters, the slow maturation of the cherries contributes to its clarity and layered profile.

Produced from local landraces, this coffee reflects the genetic diversity of Ethiopia’s native coffee populations, contributing to its complexity and distinctive regional character.

Cherries are carefully handpicked between October and January, fully washed, and dried on raised beds to ensure consistency and transparency in the final cup.
