Vivid and expressive aromatics of ripe berries and sweet florals. A vibrant and fruit-forward cup with notes of strawberry, blueberry, and tropical fruit, layered with hints of jasmine and dark chocolate. Juicy acidity with a silky body and a lingering, candy-like finish.
This natural lot is composed of cherries delivered by smallholder farmers in the Aricha Wubanchi area of Yirgacheffe. Grown at elevations reaching up to 2,100–2,200 meters, the high altitude and careful cultivation contribute to its intensity and clarity of flavor.
Produced from local landraces, this coffee showcases the remarkable genetic diversity of Ethiopia’s native coffee varieties, resulting in a complex and distinctive cup profile unique to the region.
Cherries are selectively handpicked during peak harvest, then dried whole on raised beds under careful supervision. This natural processing method enhances sweetness and fruit character while maintaining clarity and balance in the final cup.
