This coffee comes from the Gediyo zone of southern Ethiopia, specifically from the community of Gersay and the Beyou Gersay washing station, where smallholder farmers deliver their carefully hand-picked cherries for processing. Grown at an elevation of around 1950 meters, the region’s cool highland climate and steady sunlight create ideal conditions for slow, even cherry development, contributing to the coffee’s distinct floral, fruity, and sweet character.
