Clean and creamy, with a crisp apple and pear sweetness complemented by bright lemon acidity and delicate notes of ripe peach. A smooth chocolate character adds depth and balance, creating a refined cup with lively fruit, a creamy body, and a long, sweet finish.

This coffee comes from Las Segovias in northern Nicaragua, encompassing the mountainous regions of Estelí, Madriz, and Nueva Segovia. The area’s nutrient-rich sandy soils and humid tropical climate create favorable conditions for high-quality coffee production and contribute to the region’s characteristic balance of sweetness, fine acidity, and chocolate-driven depth.

Produced by smallholder farmers throughout this remote mountainous region, this washed coffee reflects the classic profile of Las Segovias. Careful processing highlights its clarity and delicate acidity, allowing the fresh character of apple, lemon, pear, and peach to remain distinct while a smooth chocolate sweetness provides structure and a lingering finish.
