Radiantly juicy and perfumed, carrying vivid raspberry and ripe mango alongside a muscat-grape, wine-like elegance. A lift of lemongrass keeps it bright and refreshing, creating a vibrant and beautifully composed cup.

This coffee originates from the high mountain forests of Panama, where Ninety Plus cultivates the Gesha variety under cool temperatures, gentle mist, and filtered tropical sunlight. Grown at elevations approaching 1,700 masl, the slow pace of ripening concentrates sugars and aromatics, forming the foundation for the coffee’s intensely expressive profile.

Inspired by traditional Ethiopian Kuti (tea brewed with coffee leaves), Kuke is produced using a completely new processing formula, Folio™, that utilizes the leaf of the coffee plant during fermentation. This creates a citric, juicy taste more reminiscent of sake or Sancerre wine than of any traditional coffee.
